How do you define happiness? Everyone’s definition of happiness is different, but it is important to answer this question for yourself. Many of us spend our lives striving to achieve a goal, or earn more money, only to find that the satisfaction is short lived. In some cases, achieving a material goal actually takes away from our happiness.
